By accessing or using Haoji Group LLC's registered agent services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haoji Group LLC.
Haoji Group LLC provides registered agent services, mail scanning, business address services, and related business compliance services. We act as your designated agent for service of process and official government correspondence in the state(s) you select.
You agree to: provide accurate and current contact information; notify us promptly of any changes to your business or contact details; promptly respond to legal documents received on your behalf; maintain your business in good standing with state authorities; and use our services for lawful purposes only.
Our services are billed annually unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfers. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.
We will activate your registered agent service within one business hour of order confirmation during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MT). You must file the appropriate change of agent forms with the Secretary of State to designate us as your registered agent.
Haoji Group LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; losses arising from your failure to respond to documents; or events beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must designate a new registered agent with the appropriate state authority. We are not responsible for documents received after termination if you have not completed the agent change process.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
